Not For Profit

Please note that this website and the W&P Register are operated to provide information about this particular little bit of UK automotive history and to provide a central repository of information. Liability and General Legal - Please note:

The material on this website is provided “as is”, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Except as set out in the paragraph below, W&P Register will be under no liability to you whatsoever whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any: injury; damage; pure economic loss; loss of profits; loss of business; loss of anticipated savings; depletion of goodwill; loss of data; or any unanticipated loss; whether direct or indirect and  howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or other materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus, worm, trojan horse, logic-bomb or other malicious program.

These website terms of use do not exclude W&P Register’s liability (if any) to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for W&P Register under English law to exclude or to attempt to exclude its liability.

If any wording in any provision of these terms of use is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness, be deemed severable and the remainder of such provision and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.

A person who is not a party to the agreement formed by these terms of use will have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of it but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

These terms of use, and any dispute relating to them, this website, its content and use are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

W&P Register may revise these terms of use at any time by posting revisions on this site.
